Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data The Adversary's Mind (operated by Dhananjai Sharma) collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and the AI Audit's answers never leave your browser.
1. The AI Audit stays on your device
The AI Audit is a client-side tool. Every answer you enter, every score, and the report it generates are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. We do not receive, store, or see your audit inputs or results. Closing the tab clears them.
2. What we collect, and when
- When you buy a book or bundle: the purchase is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. They collect your name, email, billing details, and payment information to complete the sale and deliver your download. We receive order details such as your email and what you bought, so we can fulfil the order and provide support. We never receive your full card number.
- When you join a waitlist: we collect the email address you submit, through Netlify Forms, so we can notify you when the relevant product opens.
- When you email us: we receive your email address and whatever you write, so we can reply.
3. How we use it
We use the limited data above only to deliver your purchase, provide customer support, send the single launch notification you asked for by joining a waitlist, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and joining a waitlist does not sign you up for anything else.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that make the site work: Lemon Squeezy (payments and order fulfilment) and Netlify (hosting and waitlist form handling). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your personal data, and we don't share it for others' advertising.
5. Cookies and third-party requests
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log your IP address as part of serving those fonts. Lemon Squeezy's checkout may set cookies necessary to process your payment. That's the extent of it.
6. Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet tax and legal requirements. Waitlist emails are kept until the product launches or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to remove you from a waitlist, at any time — just email us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR; we honour those requests. For payment data held by Lemon Squeezy, you can also contact them directly.
8. Children
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected here.
