Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Because our books and workbooks are downloadable digital files, this policy explains exactly when a refund is available.
The 7-day rule
If you have not yet downloaded the file(s) in your order, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked. Once a file has been downloaded, the sale is final, because a digital book cannot be "returned" after you have it.
Try before you buy
To help you decide before paying, every book has a free sample — the first two chapters plus the full table of contents — and the AI Audit tool is completely free. We'd rather you read a sample and be sure than buy something that isn't for you.
Free things
The AI Audit tool, the downloadable samples, and the product waitlists are free, so nothing there is charged and nothing needs refunding.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, include your Lemon Squeezy order number, and tell us you'd like a refund. We'll confirm the order qualifies and process it back to your original payment method. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
Problems and exceptions
If a file won't download or open, contact us first — we'll fix it or replace the file right away, and if we can't, you'll get a full refund regardless of the 7-day window. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse (for example, downloading the files and then requesting a refund, or repeated refund-and-rebuy cycles). Please contact us rather than raising a chargeback; a chargeback can't be resolved faster than an email to us, and it may suspend your access while it's investigated.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws that apply where you live. This policy is governed by the laws of India and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
